In her professional journey, Danielle has been the driving force behind the launch and success of numerous initiatives. With a superpower for moving fast and getting things done, she has crafted multiple strategic plans, developed numerous programs, and managed thousands of volunteers in education, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors. Her passion to start ideas from scratch while balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail has resulted in the establishment of new departments, organizations, community events, publications, and community-wide programs, all of which continue to thrive.

After graduating from Ball State University, Danielle began her career as a classroom teacher. She worked with students in both elementary and middle school classrooms, and her all-time favorite subject to teach was STEM. Whether it was dissecting frogs, mentoring students through consumer science, or working through the mechanical laws of physics, she took pride in making sure her classroom was engaging and the best part of her students’ day.

Since leaving the classroom, she has expanded her background to include leadership roles in nonprofits, healthcare, corporate HR, publications, and the startup world. Danielle is well-equipped to pitch ideas and rally others to transform concepts into reality because her diverse experiences have honed her adaptability, making her highly adept at developing ideas to meet evolving challenges.

Danielle is a native Hoosier, and when she is not serving as the Community Engagement Manager for TPF4Y, she is volunteering in her hometown or planning a trip to see new places- mostly camping, visiting friends, and being outside. At home she enjoys playing cards or board games with her high-school sweetheart/husband and their two amazing kids, and cuddling with Rose–the sweetest dog you will ever meet!
