Elyse Viola

Elyse Viola serves as Secretary of TechPoint Youth's Board of Directors and brings more than 30 years of experience with Roche Diagnostics, where she has held leadership roles across commercial operations, quality and regulatory functions, and organizational training. Her current responsibilities include serving as Q&R BPO Training Lead and ASPIRE Indianapolis Wave Deployment Lead.

Elyse is passionate about the curiosity and creativity young people bring to STEM education. She believes that developing strong problem-solving skills and encouraging innovative thinking can empower students to make meaningful contributions to their communities and the world. Through her board service, she is committed to helping expand opportunities for Indiana's next generation of STEM leaders.

Elyse holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in healthcare from Rutgers University. Originally from New Jersey, she has called Fishers, Indiana, home for more than 20 years. She enjoys traveling with her son, Nicholas, particularly exploring U.S. states and national parks, and has volunteered with youth-focused organizations including ReadUP and the Youth Mentoring Initiative.
