TechPoint Youth is looking for a Program Specialist to join our team
This role sits at the heart of what we do, supporting the programs that connect Indiana's underserved and underrepresented K-12 students to STEM learning opportunities across all 92 counties. From the State Robotics Initiative to the Xplore Program to our STEM Mentors Program, the Program Specialist helps make it all run.
The ideal candidate brings three or more years of experience in program coordination, ideally in education, youth development, or the nonprofit sector. Strong organizational skills, comfort with data and reporting, and a genuine commitment to equity in STEM education are a must. This is a hybrid role with statewide travel as needed.
