Development & Engagement Specialist
TechPoint Youth is looking for a Development & Engagement Specialist to join our team!
This role helps connect the people who believe in our mission to the work that makes it possible. From annual giving and donor stewardship to social media, fundraising events, and corporate volunteer engagement, the Development & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in building relationships and strengthening support for STEM education across Indiana.
The ideal candidate brings three or more years of experience in fundraising, events, donor relations, communications, and/or community engagement. Strong organizational and writing skills, experience with CRM systems and social media, and a genuine passion for our mission are a must.
